| How to use it |
| The usage of this medicine varies according to
the person’s health. The appropriate medicated oil is
used for massage, and a steam bath is given. The body is dried
with a towel and the medicine is given immediately after this. |
| Those people, who undertake this
treatment without any particular illness, can use Ksheerabala
Tailam or Yashtimadhu Tailam. Patients with skin diseases should
apply Eladi Tayla. Do the massage for one hour. After which
the steam bath should be done until the patient perspires. For
steam bath, Panchaksheeri Kashaya, Triphala Kashaya or Dashamoola
Kashaya can be used. |

| The tablets should be consumed with betel leaf
juice, made by pounding 21 leafs, which are cleaned with water.
The juice need to be filtered and the tablet should be mixed
in it with clean hands. Since the medicine has been grinded
for 41 days, it dissolves with ease. |
| The quantity of medicine should be decided after
studying the medical history of the patient. If the person is
healthy more tablets can be provided. If they are unhealthy
and diseased, the dosage should be less. Old people with chronic
diseases may consume lesser amount of medicine. Infants can
have the medicine along with sugared water. |
| The dosage of the medicine can vary from 100
mg to 1000 mg. Children can take from 200 mg up to 400 mg. Based
on the conditions mentioned above the doctor can decide on the
number of tablets. One tablet weighs approximately 80 mg. |
